Very lightweight, 360 lumens is more than enough light for what I'm using it for. I want a headlamp in my tool bag when I'm working with electrical (dark room, no power) that is light and takes up as little space as possible.
The light and body are good, three settings plus red, has more than enough adjustment to have it the way you want. The body does feel a little light, not flimsy but lighter than say a Petzl. This is an ultralight light, so I think that's just part and parcel.
The headband is comfortable for short term use and there is a small bit of padding on the back of the lamp body. That said I added more foam to add a bit more cushioning. If you were running and had the headband pulled tighter I think this might become uncomfortable. But again, for my uses it's fine.
The picture has a key chain with it, there no key chain. I don't care about that but just letting you know if you liked the idea of a key chain.
Overall I'm happy and I'd revommend with the caveat that you are sacrificing a bit of comfort f9e ultralight.
